Body Sculpture BW 7922 adjustable dumbbell
Adjustable dumbbells are the perfect piece of equipment for your home gym. Thanks to them, you save space, time and money. Instead of buying several pairs of dumbbells with different weights, you only need to invest once. One set is enough to perform a varied training of different muscle groups at home.
The BW 7922 adjustable dumbbell by Body Sculpture has been designed so that the performed strength training is optimal for our body. You can easily change the load with which you want to exercise, which means that you avoid prolonged breaks devoted to adding or subtracting weight. With an adjustable dumbbell, you can make the most of the breaks between exercises to rest and recover before the upcoming exercise.
You can set the weight of the dumbbells on one of five levels: 4.5 kg; 9 kg; 13.5 kg; 18 kg and 22.5 kg. The set includes a stand, thanks to which you can keep the weights in order.
